  • keep appropriate records of enquiries and correspondence.

I do not use information submitted through the enquiry form to send you marketing emails unless you have separately agreed to receive them.

Where you contact me about potentially working together or purchasing my services, I process your information where necessary to respond to your request and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

I may also process correspondence where I have a legitimate interest in managing enquiries and operating my business.

Squarespace and other service providers

This website is hosted by Squarespace.

When you submit information through a form on this website, the information is provided to Squarespace so that it can provide website and form functionality to me.

Form submissions may also be sent to and stored in Google Worskpace so that I can receive and respond to your enquiry.

These service providers may process personal information on my behalf in accordance with their own data protection obligations and applicable agreements.

How long I keep your information

I keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain appropriate business records.

If an enquiry does not result in us working together, I will normally delete or anonymise the information after, for example: 12 months, unless there is a legal or business reason to keep it for longer.

If you become a client or customer, some information may need to be retained for longer for contractual, accounting or legal purposes.

Sharing your information

I do not sell your personal information.

I only share personal information where necessary to operate this website or my business, where required by law, or with service providers that process information on my behalf.

Your rights
